Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or customer-damaged products

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items unless they are defective upon arrival

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the incorrect product was shipped, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, AuraMart114.store will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
